‘Cornel Red’, like others in the ‘Cornel’ series is prolific with tall, strong stems. It produces 4” to 5” blood red flowers that are long-lasting in the vase and are durable in the field regardless of weather. Always a favorite at market and for designers requesting a dramatic red dahlia, it is also a fantastic tuber producer.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: All dahlia tubers ship in the spring once danger of frost has passed as there needs to be a sufficient shipping window to ensure tubers do not freeze in transit. Most years, this happens in the first half of April. The exact date depends on each year’s weather. You will be notified by email when your tubers ship.
